Comprising of Alice Higgins (Vocals), Will Blackstone (Trumpet, Sn. Drum, Drum Machine), Conall Mulvenna (Electric Guitar), and Angus Milne (Bass), Tiptoe have been entertaining audiences since 2015.
Recipients of Jazz North funding in 2017, Tiptoe have been able to play at many of the UKs jazz festivals, including the Gateshead International Jazz Festival and the Manchester Jazz Festival. Their programme includes songs ranging from Cole Porter to Stevie Wonder, and their musical interests are equally as diverse. Recently, Tiptoe’s track ‘How Will I Know’ was played on BBC Radio 6.
